turningpoint Churches is a full gospel church committed to serving Jesus Christ and living out the New Testament model of church. Membership at turningpoint is a voluntary commitment to belong, grow in faith, live according to Scripture, and participate in the life, mission, and unity of the Church. Those applying for membership affirm this vision, honour biblical teaching, support the leadership of the church, and commit to active participation, faithful stewardship, and Christian community as their church home.

If you are in agreement with this vision and are willing to live in alignment with Scripture and the Constitution of CCFC Inc., we invite you to review the following membership types and complete this form.

Membership Types

turningpoint provides three types of membership, recognising different levels of commitment and responsibility within the life of the Church.

Partner Membership is for those aged 18 years and over who choose turningpoint as their church home, have completed turningpoint Principles, and desire to participate fully in the life and governance of the Church. Partner Members must hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent where applicable. Partner Members accept the responsibilities of membership as outlined in the Constitution, including spiritual commitment, stewardship, accountability, and attendance at General Meetings with voting rights.

Associate Membership is for those aged 12 years and over who choose turningpoint as their church home, who align with the beliefs and leadership of turningpoint, have completed turningpoint Principles, and do not wish to participate in General Meetings. Associate Members aged 16 years and over must hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent where applicable. Associate Members accept the responsibilities of membership as outlined in the Constitution, including spiritual commitment, stewardship, accountability and hold no voting or governance rights within CCFC Inc.

Assistant Membership is for those aged 12 years and over who wish to serve within turningpoint while remaining primarily connected to another church. Assistant Members aged 16 years and over must hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent where applicable. Assistant Members support the leadership, vision, and unity of the Church, do not participate in General Meetings, and hold no voting or governance rights within CCFC Inc.

Each membership type allows individuals to belong and participate according to their current season, while upholding the biblical and constitutional foundations of the Church.
