Annual Youth Registration – Important Information

Welcome to turningpoint Church Youth programs. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children across our campuses, we use a two-step annual registration process.

Step 1: Register Your Child

Complete the Annual Youth Registration to let us know basic information about your child. 

Step 2: Complete the Consent Form

After registration, parents and guardians must complete the Annual Youth Consent Form. This form provides essential medical, emergency, and permission information required for participation in all Children's programs.

Both steps must be completed before your child can participate in any turningpoint Youth program.

Important Notes

• Registration and consent are valid for the calendar year
• A separate registration is required for each child
• Some special events or activities may require additional consent
• All information is managed in line with our Child Safety, Privacy, and Duty of Care policies
